To call Long Tall Jefferson restless would be an understatement. Since the beginning of 2016 and the release of his self-produced debut album 'I Want My Honey Back', he has played over 150 shows across Europe. Invitations then followed to play some of the biggest festivals in his native country of Switzerland like Moon & Stars, Blue Balls and Gurtenfestival, as well as a nomination for the Swiss Live Talent Award.

The simple setup of voice, harmonica and guitar shines the spotlight on the very core of his work: mature songwriting in the tradition of folk music. With the talent of an acute observer and storyteller, Long Tall Jefferson combines a personal perspective with political events of the day and a need to ask the burning questions.

'The Golden Ticket Session' presents Long Tall Jefferson in a close and intimate setting. Recorded on a single afternoon live in the studio these songs' arrangements are reduced down to their essence and portray the artist's natural flow in performance.
